Hi Mira Bilis, I remember the series and the tune came to mind instantly. I've just enjoyed singing along to it, courtesy of the youtube link. It really did take me back. Thanks for that.

Once in a Zoo on Cheyenne Mountain, up at the Will Rogers shrine, or very near it, had some primates, Chimps, when i was there they had learned a new trick, ""pooping in their little hands and throwing it accurately"", lucky for me a woman was ahead of me by only a couple steps, she got the slug that was thrown, i am a quick learner and backed away out of range hahaha felt bad for that young lady, nothing I could do, except stay clean hahahaha however the smell is with me in my mind all the time, as i can remember it clearly, and have no intent to get close to it if I can help it hahahahah

Kyle, when I lived in France we were nearer to the Italian border. We used to spend the winter months in Spain, driving through the Camargue to get there. At first it was a novelty but eventually we ended up using the autoroutes because it was quicker to travel. That's probably why it's not fenced off, not too many people use the old routes.
kyle02/20/13 14:28
MD that would be worth the trip to travel to see it

Hi Kyle. In the south of France there is an area called the Camargue. It's fresh-water marsh land right next to the Mediterranean sea. It's famous for wild white horses and lovely pink flamingos. Last time I was there the flamingos were strutting their stuff, no fences to keep them in. The French also use the area to grow rice.
kyle02/17/13 04:31
ah, blowers, that'll work
kyle02/17/13 04:30
maybe they were only getting them to shake it off, or as i said, its a trick of light
kyle02/17/13 04:10
I suspect they will keep the camera off them until the Keepers are done removing the birds to warmer chambers
kyle02/17/13 04:09
Shame, its snow
kyle02/17/13 04:08
I only hope someone local sees this issue, darn
kyle02/17/13 04:05
Wow, must be the light, Flamingos cant tolorate snow temps, they would freeze to death, so must be the light levels that are causing it to look like snow on them
kyle02/17/13 03:56
