Hi Rain Shadow ..... it looks very nice inside. It was built it 1947 or 1948 depending on which profile you read. Either way .... I would love to be on it.
Thanks, MD! I'll be on board, (sailing vicariously) see you in Torquay. :D

Ps Stargzr .... tomorrow it's off to the Faroe Islands and on 2nd August it will be at Invergordon, Scotland. More importantly, on the 18th of September it will be at Torquay, near where I live. I might go and have a look.
M D, I see there is a marine traffic link posted further down in the comments here. Is that what you were referring to?

Yes ... it's a lovely cam. I used to have a link that made it possible to identify which ship was in the harbour but I can't find it. I have so many bookmarks in no particular order. I keep promising myself that I'll tidy them up.

It is nice to see this camera back again, it seems to come and go rather frequently.
Thanks Mira ..... that was very interesting. I've been eating plain Skyr for some time .... from Tesco. I didn't fancy the sheep's head but I don't eat lamb anyway ... and whale didn't appeal but they've certainly got a lot of interesting food. I love tuna steaks. I always think you should try local foods when you visit another country. I hope your neice and her husband have a really good holiday.

Hi Stargzr ....... I looked at vesselfinder to see which ships were in port at the moment ..... I never thought to zoom in.
And I so agree with you about being there. I wonder where they are off to next. I'm sure I have a link that would tell me ........... :D
Greetings, MD.......You're right, zooming in one can see "Ocean Majesty" written on the top of the ship. How I would love to be there!!!
Could be this one:
