It was such a pile of snow - it even made the UK news.

I remember that. That was a lot of accumulated snow over a longer period of time.

I read last week regarding in Boston that the last of the piled up snow had finally melted away.

Horrible thought. I read a while ago that quite a few of the victims and their families didn't want the death penalty. Of course there will be years of appeals. I know there has to be a deterrent but the death penalty for this man will not stop others. If the threat of the death penalty worked - there would never be any murders committed. Having said that - if a child or relative of mine had been killed - I might feel differently.���� What a strange world we live in.

I see they just returned the death penalty verdict for the Boston bomber ...
