Oklohoma Colorado and Texas have them and yes they are very impressive, the reason im noting on her is they need Welders but special types, must be able to weld aluminum and cut 4 inch slabs using a plasma cutter.  Not openly advertised,. but the need is there. Also the Aerospace industry needs the same. Jobs are hard to find, but if anyone wants to check out, you will find the need is spread all over the world now, not sure why they wont advertise it, might be due to part is secretive work likely
